Pricing

Every purchased ticket or add-on you sell on Tickets is subject to a service charge. You don't pay any fees if your tickets are free. Depending on your payout country and payment method, there can be additional charges for payment processing.

Currently, the service charge is €0.50 + a 7% payment processing fee. By default, attendees pay the fees in addition to the ticket price.

Payout

Your payout will be provided to you 5 days after you finish your event. If your payout day falls on a weekend or holiday, it will begin processing the following working day.
Up to 5 more business days (or 7 in other time zones) pass before your bank deposits the payout into your account.

Refunds

You must provide refunds to all participants if you postpone or cancel your event. You can receive refunds using your original payment method.
