This fee is a percentage that you specify in the admin. this percentage + fix processing would be passed on to the attendees, the attendee pays this fees plus the organiser’s ticket price. For example if the ticket price is 20euros the attendee pays at checkout 20euros + (Fixed 0.30 + 8% cut) = 21.90 euros
There should be an option for the organiser to choose for each event to take fee from attendee or include the system/host fee within the total fee, in which case host/system fee will be taken out from organizer collection fee, right?
